Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using one of the available shipping methods. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), selected shipping method and your shipment’s destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-4 business days.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and selected shipping method, excluding applicable sales tax.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. (See our Return policy above.)
